FAQ
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
If the client needs to cancel the photoshoot, it is important to provide notice as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances and the amount of notice given, a cancellation fee may apply. The cancellation fee will be discussed and agreed upon in the initial contract or booking agreement. In the rare event that I, as the photographer, need to cancel the photoshoot, I will provide as much notice as possible. If I am unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), I will make every effort to reschedule the shoot at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, any fees paid by the client will be refunded in full. It is important to note that specific details regarding cancellation policies may vary depending on the photographer and the nature of the project. It is recommended to discuss and clarify the cancellation policy with your chosen photographer before finalizing any agreements or contracts.
When can I expect my photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos, depending on the package selected, within a maximum of 5 weeks. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
Where are you based and do you travel?
As photographer based in Northwest Indiana, I am well aware of the proximity to Chicago and the opportunities it presents. I am more than willing to travel to Chicago and other locations nationwide to accommodate the needs of my clients. When it comes to traveling for photoshoots, here are a few key points to consider:
Travel Expenses:
For shoots outside of the Northwest Indiana/Chicago area, additional travel expenses may apply.
These expenses typically include transportation (flights, gas, etc.), accommodation, and meals.
The specific details and costs associated with travel will be discussed and agreed upon in advance, ensuring transparency and clarity.
Scheduling and Planning:
When planning a photoshoot in a different location, it is important to allow sufficient time for travel arrangements and logistics.
It is recommended to discuss the desired dates and timeline well in advance to ensure availability and proper planning.
Permits and Location Requirements:
If the photoshoot requires specific permits or permissions in the chosen location, it is the responsibility of the client to obtain them.
Any additional costs or requirements related to permits or location-specific needs will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
